Tell Us Your Story

Why is clean air important to you, your family or your patients? We invite you to share your clean air story here. Personal stories show that air pollution affects real people.  Your story will be shared on this website and potentially featured in social media posts and newsletters. We might ask you to share your story with elected official, the media, and others, depending on your level of comfort. What we learn from you will inspire others to get involved in the fight for clean air and help us advocate for policies that protect air quality.

What to include in your story:

  • Introduce yourself. Share what’s you’d like to about your profession, family and background. Focus on what’s relevant.
  • Why is clean air and a healthy climate so important to you? Do you know anyone personally who is affected by air pollution or climate change? How? Is there a specific instance or experience that highlights your motivation? Include as much detail as possible.
  • What are your hopes for the future (regarding clean air and climate change)? What solutions do you support? What will help others who are affected by air pollution and climate change?

Once we receive your story we will contact you to follow up and get your photo. You can also email your answers and photo to MOCleanair@lungse.org.
