Dr. David Fitzhugh, president of the N.C. Society of Asthma, Allergy and Immunology, is pleased that his organization has joined Mothers & Others for Clean Air’s Partnership Council because he sees the effects of pollution on asthmatics everyday in his practice. “We know that air pollution is really making things difficult for our patients,” said Dr. Fitzhugh about his work with Allergy Partners in Chapel Hill.

Working with the N.C. Society of Asthma, Allergy and Immunology will help M&O expand our message and work within North Carolina. Dr. Fitzhugh is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatric and Adult Allergy/Immunology. He attended the Medical College of Virginia and completed residency training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
